Plannd Events was organising an event for Coca Cola to showcase new products and energise employees about the latest brands. They wanted an immersive event experience to engage and excite the event attendees for the latest brand Finlanda.

Media Lab’s creative team worked with Plannd Events to fully understand their clients’ objectives and delivered an interactive brand activation to deliver impact onsite, exceptional brand awareness, engage event guests and create branded photo and video content.

THE RESULTS

Coca Cola received 160 Finlandi branded images and videos to utilize on their own digital platforms

The onsite activation became a centerpiece for guest to explore and participate

Over 400 guests engaged and enjoyed the experience alone or in groups

206 choose to share their digital content creation

The campaign reach over 10,000 on social media

THE CONCEPT

BRANDING

The Media Lab team branded the entire experience with a branded balloon dome, branded balloons, branded photo and video kiosk, branded start screen, branded media templates and customize online gallery.

SETUP

Working with Plannd and their venue manager at ICC Belfast we carried the brand activation install 3 hours prior to the event kick off. Our team seamlessly installed the branded balloon dome, fitted with a branded both and inflated all the balloons to complete the look.

ONLINE SHARING

Guests were greeted by the show piece and invited to immersive themselves in the brand experience to create still images, boomerangs and videos before having access to their content to instantly share via airdrop, email and text message. The customised landing page encouraged guest to share their content instantly to social media channels.

CUSTOM GALLERY MIRCOSITE

All guests could view the content created on a custom branded micro site during the event and the client received access and a full event report and content to use in their own marketing within 24 hours of the event.
