REMARKABLE MARKETING AWARDS - GET INTO BED WITH US

THE EVENT BRIEF

The inaugural Remarkable Marketing Awards, hosted by Treen Clarke, Founder of Big Marketing Meet Up Belfast, were scheduled to take place at the Europa Hotel in Belfast in May 2024. The event aimed to bring together and celebrate over 200 prominent marketers from across Northern Ireland.


To enhance the event experience, the team enlisted with Media Lab to create an exclusive immersive marketing activation. This activation was designed to engage attendees, generate captivating branded content, and encourage social media sharing.

THE EVENT EXPEREINCE

Media Lab's creative team invested substantial effort in integrating advanced technology and software to develop a unique custom video experience.


Inspired by the "American Beauty" film, they created a brand activation Marketing Beauty - "Get into Bed with Us." This creative twist was designed to immerse attendees and generate remarkable video content for immediate social media sharing at the event.

THE RESULTS

The Remarkable Marketing Awards’ ‘Get into Bed with Us’ brand activation engaged and captivated over 125 attendees.


A total of 60 fully branded videos were produced.


An event gallery enabled all attendees to access and download their media creations instantly.


Over 70 consumer email addresses were collected, adhering to GDPR data capture regulations.

The campaign reached an audience of over 46,000 people on social media.

THE CONCEPT

BRANDING

The Media Lab team developed a custom-branded video experience that engaged and immersed guests throughout the evening of the Remarkable Marketing Awards.

SETUP

Extensive preparation over three months, in collaboration with the Remarkable team, ensured the activation aligned with brand guidelines, met all health and safety requirements for the Europa Hotel and achieved its marketing goals.


Media Lab installed a customised set featuring a bespoke room, a themed bed, and advanced video capture technology, complemented by a TV video gallery.Media Lab installed a customised green screen "Catwalk Studio" featuring a green screen set and moving catwalk, complemented by a fully branded video kiosk.


The digital glam experience was hosted on an elegant kiosk, offering a fully branded start screen and options for branded photo, video, and GIF creation.

ONLINE SHARING

The video activation was hosted by professional brand ambassadors who guided guests through the experience, created exceptional content, and encouraged social sharing.

CUSTOM GALLERY MIRCOSITE

The customised live event video gallery encouraged event hosts and attendees to view and instantly share their content on social media channels during and after the event, providing further exposure.


The Remarkable team received a comprehensive event report and all content generated during the activation of the Remarkable Marketing Awards, enabling them to utilise it in their marketing efforts post-event.
