- Agreement to Terms
By using our photo booth and content creation services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the services.
- Services
Our photo booth and content creation services include but are not limited to the rental of photo booth equipment, provision of props, creation of digital content, data collection and printing of photographs.
- Booking and Payment
- Booking: To secure our services, a non-refundable 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event date.
- Payment: We accept payment via bacs and bank transfer. Failure to make timely payments may result in cancellation of services.
- Cancellation and Refunds
- Cancellation: Cancellations must be made in writing at least 14 days prior to the event date. Cancellations made after this period may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
- Refunds: Refunds are only provided if cancellations are made within the specified timeframe. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made after this period.
- Liability
- Damage: The client is responsible for any damage caused to the photo booth or equipment during the rental period.
- Safety: We are not liable for any injuries sustained while using the photo booth or props. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure the safety of all guests.
- Indemnification: The client agrees to indemnify and hold us harmless against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of the use of our services.
- Use of Content
- Ownership: We retain ownership of all digital content created during the rental period. All content created can be used for marketing purposes.
- License: The client is granted a non-exclusive license to use the digital content for personal or promotional purposes.
- Distribution: The client may not distribute or sell the digital content without prior written consent.
- Privacy
- Data Collection: We may collect personal information from users to provide our services. This information will be shared with the client and can be used for marketing purposes.
- Consent: By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as outlined in our privacy policy.
- Miscellaneous
- Amendments: We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
- Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Northern Ireland.
- Entire Agreement: These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter herein.
